I started my career in this industry at BSL as a graduate engineer, straight out of University (with a geology degree), with no previous relevant experience. Through a mixture of in-house training, both in the office and out on site, and also suitable external training courses and qualifications allowed through an employee training allowance, I quickly progressed into a confident and competent Geo-environmental and Geotechnical Engineer.Later down the line I was promoted to a Senior Engineer and am now an integral part of the team. I feel really valued and respected here. I thoroughly enjoy working at BSL, the wide variety of projects, excellent working environment and I look forward to the future
